Last.fm and RjDj.me founder Michael Breidenbrücker has joined the team of 42matters, a Swiss "mobile app-discovery pioneer." He will support the team in areas such as corporate development, product and with his network in the mobile industry. Breidenbrücker will be also joining the board.
Breidenbrücker co-founded Last.fm and was its CEO from 2002 to 2005. His latest venture is music app company RjDj.me.
42matters pioneers mobile app discovery with in-house development of app-recommendations services and app-finding solutions for smart-phones. The company´s flagship product is Playboard, an app guide that each user can personalize with the desired content about apps (i.e. games, sports apps, etc). Each day 42matters´ services attract 400,000 app impressions and generate over 30,000 clicks on Google Play. The company is backed financially by GCP gamma capital partners (GCP).
