Intellistream, a provider of interactive applications for the mobile arena, has strengthened its management team with the addition of two experienced executives.Jim Beagle joins the company as CEO.
Beagle has over 25 years experience in a variety of software and IT services businesses. His career has involved building divisions within major public companies and driving startup businesses. He holds an MBA from Henley Management College and a B.Sc from London School of Economics.
As CEO he has direct responsibility for formulating and executing business strategy, operational management, and leading the sales and marketing drive. He will also be responsible for investor relationships & fund raising.
John Leyden joins as Finance Director.
Leyden qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1989 and has a proven track record in advising companies on accounting, acquisitions, flotation and commercial strategy. He has over ten years experience of working within both large and small organizations, successfully involved in floating 5 companies as well as completing private placements raising £75 million.
Intellistream focuses on providing interactive solutions for its customers in the mobile arena. Customers include a broad range of organizations looking to harness the power offered by the latest mobile platforms, including 3G, to implement innovative solutions that can generate real business benefits.
The London-based company was founded in March 2006. Its first product Unistream, a 3G video content delivery platform, was launched in September 2006 and gained its first client just 3 months later.
