Symfo reaches major company milestones

Boston, MA — January 22, 2007 — Symfo, a leading provider of electronic patient reported outcome (ePRO) solutions for clinical trials, today announced that it has reached the milestones of serving over 13,000 clinical sites with successful transactions totaling more than 30 million data points.

“We’re very pleased with these statistics,” said Serge Bodart, Symfo’s CEO. “Symfo continues to deliver consistent and reliable data for our customers around the world. These milestones further corroborate the trust our clients have in us to deliver the high-quality they need when they need it.”

With its unique IDR system for transmitting patient data, Symfo has never lost a single bit of data in a clinical trial. “That is something our customers are very appreciative of, and is one of the major reasons why we are getting so much repeat business.”

Symfo’s solutions include a unique selection of handheld, IVR and web-based tools adapted to meet specific study needs. They are all simple to use and affordable solutions enabling study participants to easily implement electronic patient diaries in all phases of clinical trials and post-marketing studies.

Symfo’s FDA-compliant handheld devices (SymPro & SymQuest) utilize Symfo’s unique IDR system (Interactive Diary Response) – providing all the advantages of a handheld device (easy to carry, fits in your pocket) combined with simple, reliable phone-based data transfer. Symfo’s IDR system guarantees 100% successful transmission of patient data – and works anywhere in the world.
