Symfo announces a new Quality of Life solution: SymQOL

“We are re-branding in order to better reflect the growing regulatory appreciation of the advantages our eDiary provides,” said Serge Bodart, Symfo’s CEO. “Quality of Life is becoming an indispensable outcome measure in clinical trials, by providing a more accurate evaluation of study participants’ well-being and of the benefits/side-effects that can result from medical intervention.”

The new-and-improved interface of SymQOL allows patients to more easily navigate through Quality of Life (QOL) assessments by using the diary’s advanced branching logic features.

By facilitating easier use for study subjects, SymQOL ensures Sponsors that they will be getting the precise and reliable measurements they need to evaluate the efficacy of their study medication.

SymQOL is the latest result of Symfo’s ongoing desire to improve its product line and to better answer its clients’ needs, as its R&D team continually looks for ways to improve ease of use for the end user.

Symfo’s solutions include a unique selection of handheld, IVR and web-based tools adapted to meet specific study needs. They are all simple to use and affordable solutions enabling study participants to easily implement electronic patient diaries in all phases of clinical trials and post-marketing studies.
