Eqvitec funds have sold their shares in Affecto


The funds managed by Eqvitec Partners Oy have sold all their 2.708.302 shares in Affecto Oyj. The shares represented an ownership of ca. 12,6%.

Affecto as it is today was created in 2004 when three companies from Eqvitec portfolio (Affecto, Genimap and Informacines Technologijos) were merged and the company was listed in the Helsinki Stock Exchange in 2005. After the IPO the company has continued its growth strategy.

The funds advised or managed by Eqvitec invest in unlisted companies. The funds divest their listed ownership in listed entities in due course.
